# The Reminders page

> Every chase WatchMyCover has generated, what each one says, who it goes to, and whether it was sent.

**Reminders** in the sidebar lists every renewal chase WatchMyCover has generated for your organization, whether or not chasing is switched on.

## The list

| Column       | What it shows                                                                                                   |
| ------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Vendor**   | Who the chase is for.                                                                                           |
| **Coverage** | The coverage it is about.                                                                                       |
| **Stage**    | "Expires *date*" for the 30, 14 and 7-day rungs, **Final notice**, **Expired**, or **Action needed** for a gap. |
| **Status**   | **Queued**, **Sent**, **Failed** or **Cancelled**, with the reason when it failed or was withdrawn.             |
| **Date**     | When it was sent, or when it is due.                                                                            |

Filter by status with the menu above the list: **All reminders**, **Queued**, **Sent**, **Failed**, **Cancelled**.

## Read a reminder

Select a row to read the email in full: the subject, who it goes **To** (with the agent copied), and the body. The upload link is shown as a placeholder, because each link is created at the moment the email is sent and never stored.

## Stop a reminder

For a queued reminder, choose **cancel** in the list, or **Don't send this reminder** when reading it. A canceled reminder is not sent again. See [Pauses, and when chasing stops](/docs/chasing/pauses-and-stops#when-you-cancel-a-reminder).

## Regenerate

**Regenerate** re-checks every vendor and generates whatever reminders are now due, in the background. You rarely need it: the same happens every hour and whenever something changes.

## When chasing is off

The page shows a notice that automatic chasing is off, with a **Turn on chasing** link. Reminders are still generated so you can see what would go out. A reminder left unsent for more than a week is replaced by an up-to-date one when it is next due.

## A vendor's own chases

Each vendor's page has a **Chase history** card with their most recent reminders, the stage, and when each was sent or why it failed.
