# Dashboard

> The Overview page: where every subcontractor stands, who needs attention first, and what has just come in.

**Overview** is the first page after sign-in. It shows compliance across every active vendor.

## At the top

Four figures, each a link to the matching filtered list:

| Figure                  | Opens                                                                       |
| ----------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Vendors tracked**     | Every active vendor.                                                        |
| **Non-compliant**       | Vendors with at least one definite failure.                                 |
| **Expiring in 30 days** | Vendors with a required policy expiring in the next 30 days, soonest first. |
| **Needs review**        | Vendors with a question only a document can settle.                         |

Below them, the compliance rate: the share of vendors fully compliant, and a bar split into **Compliant**, **Expiring soon**, **Needs review**, **Non-compliant** and **No certificate**.

## Needs attention

Vendors that are not compliant, worst first: requirements not met, then documents to confirm, then policies expiring soon. Select one to open its page. When there are none, the card reads **Every vendor is compliant**.

## Where the gaps are

Critical findings counted by coverage, so you can see whether the problem is, for example, umbrella limits across the board or one subcontractor's auto policy.

## Certificates just in

Files sent by subcontractors through their upload link that nobody has read yet. Select one to open the vendor and [record it](/docs/certificates/recording).

## Chasing

A summary of renewal reminders, with a link to **Reminders**. If chasing is off, a notice says nothing is being sent and links to switch it on.

## Actions

* **Export register** downloads the [CSV register](/docs/register/export).
* **Re-check all** re-checks every vendor and generates due reminders in the background. The header then says when every vendor was last re-checked.

## First run

A new account with no vendors sees **Welcome to WatchMyCover**, with the next step: set up your requirements, then add vendors.
