# Shareable reports

> Send an owner, lender or auditor a read-only web page showing where your subcontractors stand, scoped to a project and set to expire.

A shareable report is a read-only web page proving where your subcontractors stand. Whoever holds the link can open it without an account. Use it when an owner, a lender or an auditor asks for proof of compliance.

Reports live in **Settings → Export & sharing**, under **Share a compliance report**. Owners and admins can create and revoke them.

## Create a link

    **Expires after**: 7, 30 or 90 days.

    Choose **Create link**, then **Copy link**. Copy it now: it is not stored and cannot be shown again.

## What the recipient sees

* Your company's name, the report's label and project, when it was generated, and when the link expires.
* Counts of vendors by status.
* Each vendor, riskiest first: name, trade, status, earliest expiry, insurer, the coverages in force with each-occurrence limit and expiry, and the reason behind any verdict other than compliant. Up to 500 vendors are listed; counts cover all of them.
* The same statement of scope as the CSV export: this is not a coverage opinion.

The report is read live each time it is opened, so it always shows the register as it is now. It shows no contact details, no documents and nothing about vendors outside its scope.

## Manage links

Each link is listed with its label, scope, status ("Live until *date*", **Expired** or **Revoked**) and how many times it has been loaded. Link previews in email and chat programs load the page too, so treat the count as an upper bound on people.

To withdraw a link, choose **Revoke**, then **Revoke link**. Anyone who opens it afterwards sees "This report is no longer available." Revoking cannot be undone; if someone still needs the report, create a new link.

## When a link stops working

* It reaches its expiry date.
* You revoke it.
* The project it is scoped to is deleted.
* The account is canceled.

Revoking still works after a trial ends, so you can always withdraw a link.
