1. What should it be checked against?

What this set requires

  • General Liability: $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate, additional insured, waiver of subrogation, primary and non-contributory
  • Workers' Compensation: $1,000,000 each occurrence, waiver of subrogation
  • Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 each occurrence, additional insured
  • Umbrella / Excess Liability: $2,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate

2. Choose the certificate

An ACORD 25, up to 10 MB. The file is read and then discarded: it is not stored, and no account is made.

How it decides

It reads the certificate
A fillable ACORD 25 is read from its own form fields. A scan or a photo is read by an AI model that is told to leave out anything it is not sure of.
You confirm every value
Nothing is judged on a value nobody looked at. You see what was read, correct what is wrong, and only then is it checked.
Fixed rules decide
Limits, dates and endorsements are compared with the requirements by rules, not by a model. Each reason names what was required and what the certificate shows.
