What is your tracking spreadsheet not telling you?

Upload the spreadsheet you track subcontractor insurance in. In a few seconds, see who has lapsed, whose limits are short, and which rows rest on a ticked box. Free, with no account and nothing stored.

1. What should every row be checked against?

2. Choose your spreadsheet

One row per subcontractor, with a heading row: a name, limits and an expiry date are enough. Up to 500 rows. The sheet is read and then discarded: nothing is stored on our side, and no account is made. No sheet to hand? Download the template to see the layout.

What it does

Your sheet, as it is
Title rows, odd column names and amounts written as $1M or 1,000,000 are read as they are. One row per subcontractor is all it needs.
Every row gets a reason
Expired, a limit below what a standard subcontract asks for, an endorsement only stated, or no cover recorded: each row says which.
Nothing is kept
The sheet is read and discarded. No account is made, and nobody on the list is contacted.
