- What happens at the end of the trial?
- Nothing is charged, because no card is taken, and nothing is deleted. The workspace goes read-only: you can still open it, still export the register, still read every finding. Choose a plan and it carries on where it stopped. During early access we invoice first customers directly rather than through checkout in the app.
- What happens when I hit the vendor limit?
- Existing vendors keep working — evaluations, chasing, exports, all of it. You are asked to move up a plan before you can add the vendor that would cross the line. Nothing stops working retroactively because you grew.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. During early access billing is by invoice, so cancelling is one email to us, with no call and no notice period; you are not invoiced again. Export the register first, or ask us to delete the workspace.
- If I leave, can I take the data?
- Yes, and you do not have to be leaving to do it. The compliance register exports as CSV on every plan — one row per vendor, the coverage on file, and the reason behind every verdict. There is no export tier and no exit fee. A single file covers up to 5,000 vendors, and says so in the file when a register is larger.
- Who can see the certificates I hold?
- People you invite to your workspace, and anyone you deliberately send a share link to. Share links carry a report you choose the scope of and an expiry date you set. Everything else is scoped to your organisation at the database query, not filtered after the fact — the detail is on the security page.
- Is there a discount for paying annually?
- Yes. Paying annually costs ten months rather than twelve, on every plan. During early access, ask for annual billing when we set up your invoice.
