Activity in the sidebar is the organization’s audit trail: every change anyone makes, newest first. Only owners and admins can see it, because it includes who was invited, removed and given which role. Members do not see Activity in the sidebar.

What is recorded

  • Organization: settings changed (including chasing switched on or off, reply-to, time zone, warning window).
  • Vendors: added, edited, archived, restored, imported from a spreadsheet, chased by hand.
  • Certificates and documents: certificate recorded, document added, received through an upload link, marked read, downloaded, archived; upload link created.
  • Requirements and projects: templates created, changed, deleted; projects created, changed, archived, restored, deleted.
  • Chasing: reminder canceled, reminders regenerated.
  • Team and sign-in: invitations sent and withdrawn, members joined, removed or given a new role, sign-ins, password changes, email confirmed, two-factor sign-in turned on or off.
  • Reports and exports: report shared, report revoked, register exported.
  • Billing: payments received and failed.
Changes to a subscription that arrive from the payment provider are applied but not yet recorded here.

A single vendor’s history

Each vendor’s page has its own History card (who changed that record) and Verdict history card (every verdict it has had). Anyone on the team can see those. See Verdict history.
