The vendor list

Add vendor: add one by hand .
Import: import a spreadsheet . Download CSV template sits beside it.
Export: download the register .
Share: opens Settings → Export &amp; sharing to create a report link .

Vendors is the register: every subcontractor, checked against the requirements you assigned them.

Columns

Column	What it shows
Vendor	Name, with trade (or email) beneath. “No email on file” means the vendor cannot be chased.
Requirements	The assigned template, or None assigned.
Status	Compliant, Expiring soon, Needs review, Non-compliant or No certificate. See Verdicts explained.
Issues	”n critical”, “n to verify”, “n warnings”, or None.
Next expiry	The earliest expiry among required coverages, counting any renewal already on file.
Last checked	When the vendor was last checked.

Select a row to open the vendor’s page.

Search by name, trade or email.
Status: all statuses, or one.
Expiry: Any expiry, Expiring within 7 days, Expiring within 30 days.
Project: all projects, or one. See Projects.
Active or Archived vendors. See Archiving and restoring.

Filters are part of the page address, so a filtered list can be bookmarked or sent to a colleague.

Sort	Order
Risk first (default)	Most critical findings first, then most unverifiable findings, then most warnings, then soonest expiry, then name.
Soonest expiry	Earliest expiry first; vendors with no expiry last.
Name	Alphabetical.

Searching, filtering and sorting run on the server, so the list stays quick however long it is.
