When there is a claim or a dispute, the question is usually: was this subcontractor compliant on the day, and why did we think so? The Verdict history card on each vendor’s page answers it.

What it shows

Verdict history lists each change of verdict, newest first, with the findings that justified it at the time. Choose Show older for earlier entries. A new entry is written when the verdict or its findings change: a certificate recorded, a template edited, a policy moving into the warning window or expiring. The text of a finding counts, so while a policy is expiring, the day count in “expires in n days” changes and each day gets its own entry. A check that changes nothing adds no entry; it simply confirms the latest one.

The vendor’s History card

Separately, the History card on the vendor’s page shows who changed the record and when: the vendor added or edited, certificates recorded, documents received, downloaded or archived, upload links created, chases sent by hand, archiving and restoring.

Across the organization

Owners and admins can see every change across the organization under Activity. See Activity log.

Nothing is deleted

Superseded certificates, archived documents and archived vendors are kept, so the history stays complete. See Archiving and restoring.
