When there is a claim or a dispute, the question is usually: was this subcontractor compliant on the day, and why did we think so? The Verdict history card on each subcontractor’s page answers it.

What it shows

Verdict history lists each change of verdict, newest first, ten at a time. Each entry shows the status, since when it has held and when it was last confirmed, and a summary such as “2 critical · 1 to verify”: select it to see the findings that justified the verdict at the time. Choose Show older for earlier entries.

A new entry is written when the verdict or its findings change: a certificate recorded, a template edited, a limit changed, a policy moving into the warning window or expiring, a finding appearing or going away. A day passing is not a change: while a policy is expiring or lies expired, the day count in “expires in n days” or “expired n days ago” is kept up to date on the latest entry rather than adding a new one each day. A check that changes nothing adds no entry; it simply confirms the latest one.

The subcontractor’s History card

Separately, the History card on the subcontractor’s page shows who changed the record and when: the subcontractor added or edited, certificates recorded, documents received, viewed, read into the form, marked read, downloaded or archived, upload links created and withdrawn, chases sent by hand, bounces and spam reports, archiving and restoring. It shows the 50 most recent entries; the full trail is under Activity.

Across the organization

Owners and admins can see every change across the organization under Activity. See Activity log.

Nothing is deleted

Superseded certificates, archived documents and archived subcontractors are kept, so the history stays complete. See Archiving and restoring.
