Every plan runs the same rules engine, chasing, CSV import and export, and shareable reports. The plans differ in how many vendors, projects, templates and people you need. Paying annually costs ten months rather than twelve. Current prices are on the pricing page.

The trial

Every new workspace starts a 14-day trial. No card is taken. The trial is on the plan you chose on the pricing page, or on Core if you signed up directly. Settings → Plan & billing shows when it ends.

When the trial ends

Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. The workspace becomes read-only:
  • You can still open it, read every vendor and finding, and export the register.
  • You cannot add or change anything: “Your trial has ended. Your register and its export stay available — subscribe to add or change anything.”
  • Chase emails stop. Queued reminders are held until a plan is active.
  • You can still revoke share links.
Choose a plan and the workspace carries on where it stopped.

Paying during early access

During early access, paid plans are invoiced directly rather than through checkout in the app. To continue after your trial, or to move to annual billing, write to info@watchmycover.com, or use Get in touch on Settings → Plan & billing. To cancel, write to us. There is no notice period, and you are not invoiced again. Export the register first, or ask us to delete the workspace.

Plan limits

  • Vendors: counts active vendors only. Archived vendors do not count. At the limit, existing vendors keep working (checks, chasing, exports) and you are asked to move up a plan before adding another. An import stops adding new vendors at the limit and lists the rows it skipped.
  • Projects: counts projects that are not archived.
  • Templates: counts every template.
  • Users: counts people on the team plus pending invitations.
Nothing stops working because you grew; you are only asked to upgrade before adding the next one.

If an account is canceled

Upload links and shared report links stop working, and no chase emails are sent. The register and its export stay available to read.
