| Setting | What it does |

| Turn on / Turn off | Whether WatchMyCover emails your vendors. Off for new accounts. See How chasing works. |
| Replies go to | Where a subcontractor’s reply to a chase lands. Starts as the owner’s email address. If cleared, replies go to the owner. |
| Warn me this many days before expiry | The window for Expiring soon, 1 to 180 days. Default 30. Changing it re-checks every vendor. |
| Time zone | Eastern, Central, Mountain, Arizona (no DST), Pacific, Alaska, Hawaii or UTC. Default Eastern. The same setting as on Organisation. |
